{"id":379,"date":"2009-12-02T09:20:30","date_gmt":"2009-12-02T09:20:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tallblog.conted.ox.ac.uk\/?p=379"},"modified":"2009-12-02T09:21:16","modified_gmt":"2009-12-02T09:21:16","slug":"reciprocate-at-copenhagen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tallblog.conted.ox.ac.uk\/index.php\/2009\/12\/02\/reciprocate-at-copenhagen\/","title":{"rendered":"Reciprocate at Copenhagen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Learning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The RECIPROCATE programme will allow global access to innovative <strong>online learning <\/strong>materials to enable scientists, climate practitioners and policy-makers to understand and exploit <strong>regional climate<\/strong> predictions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Community<\/strong><br \/>\nRECIPROCATE will additionally build and support an <strong>online community<\/strong> of practice through which, <strong>knowledge<\/strong> and <strong>expertise<\/strong> about regional climate modelling can be shared. This will be of particular benefit in countries where such expertise is not so readily available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expertise<\/strong><br \/>\nRECIPROCATE combines climate prediction expertise from the University of Oxford climateprediction.net team and the Met.
